Due to the unique nature and handmade craftsmanship of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items damaged during the shipping process. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
f your item was damaged during shipping, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that you report the damage immediately upon receipt and provide photographic evidence of the condition in which the item was received. We will cover return shipping costs in cases of shipping damage. Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to four weeks to process your refund or exchange. This period includes the transit time for the item to reach us (5 to 10 business days), our internal processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).

Appearance: The Ban Lu Jiu features a majestic blend of sika deer and bird-like qualities, with a slender, elegant neck, delicate wings, and powerful bird-like legs. Its body is covered in soft, faux fur that mimics the texture of a real animal, giving it a lifelike presence.
Materials: The creature is crafted using a combination of faux rabbit fur, American clay for the core structure, aluminum wire for poseable joints, delicate glass for the eyes, and real feathers for detailed wing texture.
Poseability: The internal skeleton and fully articulated joints make the Ban Lu Jiu highly poseable, allowing for dynamic display options. Its strong, flexible structure adds to its playability and customizability.
Design and Craftsmanship: Intricate spray-painted patterns adorn the body, giving it a natural, woodland aesthetic. The full-face flocking adds a velvety texture to its appearance, enhancing the realism. The attention to fine details like the feathers on the wings and the patterning on its legs speaks to the high level of craftsmanship.
