Due to the unique nature and handmade craftsmanship of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items damaged during the shipping process. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

We will cover return shipping costs in cases of shipping damage. Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to four weeks to process your refund or exchange. This period includes the transit time for the item to reach us (5 to 10 business days), our internal processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).
